We use this information to register your interest, review the likely starting point for Commonhold onboarding, and contact you directly if Brisk opens the next step for your building.

The submission is used for Commonhold follow-up only. This form is not presented as a general newsletter signup.

How delivery and storage work

When you submit the form, the details are delivered to Brisk by email so the registration can be reviewed.

The same submission is also synced into Resend as a Commonhold follow-up contact, including the form details needed to track the registration and keep later conversations connected to the original submission.

Retention

We keep this information for follow-up connected to Commonhold onboarding and related review of interest in the program.

We do not ask for broader profile information in this flow beyond the fields shown on the form.
